Post Contract Management: Handle the complete commercial and contracts management at the post contract stage. The service includes, bank guarantees and insurance documents finalization, payment application/certificate preparations, change order management, claims management, dispute resolutions, any commercial and contracts issues resolution and close out of final account.
Dispute resolutions: Provide solution of any contractual dispute through mediation, negotiations, settlement and prepare the necessary reports and recommendations.
Cash flow forecasting: Preparation of long-term business Plan cash flows i.e., 5 years
